Prior to starting
Clinton Rubin, Mr. Burns was Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer of Business Process Outsourcing for the NCO
Group. He had chief operating responsibility for the Customer
Management operating units. He had direct involvement in acquisition
turnarounds and the privatization of the company. Mr. Burns
has over 25 years' experience in technology consulting, eight
of which he served as KPMG Consulting's Partner-in-Charge of
the SAP Implementation Practice, and Senior Vice President responsible
for initiatives in the areas of business process outsourcing
(BPO), service chain optimization, workforce management, human
capital development, and workforce procurement for their Global
Managed Services organization. Serving many Fortune 50 clients
in a broad range of industries, he focused on developing and
integrating service chain and workforce optimization solutions
to address clients' human capital challenges.

Mr. King is a senior executive with significant

After more than 25 years in the professional services industry
he has accrued considerable industry knowledge as well as M&A
experience. Mr. King’s expertise includes strategic planning,
business development, public/private partnerships, government
services, and information technology. Prior to joining Clinton
Rubin, he was CEO of the Serco Group Inc., an outsourcing services
company with contracts servicing national and local governments
in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, Mr. King held numerous
positions at the Day & Zimmermann Group, a professional
services company specializing in building and operating government
installations. His roles included Chief Information Officer,
VP of Planning and Analysis, and Director of Finance and Administration.

Mr. Molloy is a senior executive with significant
and diverse management experience. He has over 15 years of complex
program management to go along with 15+ years of international
finance expertise. During his career Mr. Molloy has been involved
in International Controllership, ERP program design and implementation,
mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, shared service
centers, business process redesign and global account leadership.
His personal specialty is providing guidance, mentoring and

background of finance, program management and extensive international

Paul is a senior-level consulting professional with over 12 years of consulting experience focused on the implementation of SAP financials. He has cost accounting and product costing experience in manufacturing, A&D, and MRO areas. He has lead finance teams (FI/CO) implementing SAP for commercial and public sector clients. He has deep experience in business process design and the configuration of SAP. He understands the integrated nature of business processes and works to take advantage of that integration to develop effective and efficient solutions for his clients. Prior to consulting, Paul held various financial and supervisory positions with DuPont. He worked on the development and implementation SAP R/2, SAP R/3, as well as other financial related systems.

Packard, Wang and Sequent. The second 15 years were started
by founding the executive search firm, GLOBALNET, and has continued
to serve as President. Mr. Shaver specializes in placement of

Ms. DeLawrence is currently the Chief Operating
Officer of Prism Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a near-term commercial
stage acute care pharmaceutical company. She brings over 15
years of pharmaceutical industry experience that includes general
management, product launch management, marketing and sales operations
management, and merger integration. Immediately prior to Prism
she was VP and General Manager for a medical communications
agency where she assumed operational responsibility for this
business when it was privately held and was directly responsible
for leading it through two consecutive acquisitions by publicly-held
firms. Ms. DeLawrence spent the prior 8 years at AstraMerck
(now AstraZeneca PLC) in Commercial Operations, acquiring increased
responsibility in roles including product launch management,
commercial operations director, and leading merger integration
for marketing and sales during the Astra and Zeneca merger.
Ms. DeLawrence has enjoyed a successful career over 20 years
working for several of the top Fortune 500 companies: CardinalHealth,
AstraZeneca, Price Waterhouse, and General Electric. Her cross-industry
experiences include a range of management consulting and corporate
assignments where her skills were applied in information systems
integration, business process reengineering, organizational
design, and change management.

Mr. Chatham has spent the last 20 years of his career dedicated to managing large-scale software solution development and package implementation projects. His forte is managing large-scale software development projects that require extensive client interaction to collect functional business requirements. He brings a breadth and depth of ERP software development and implementation knowledge to Clinton Rubin and is very familiar with the entire software development life cycle process. He came to Clinton Rubin from BearingPoint’s
Public Services practice, where he served as their RFP Capture
Team Lead. Mr. Chatham has also served as software Product
Manager and Implementation Manager for a number of large
companies including PeopleSoft and SAP. His specialty was K-12
and higher education student administrative systems, curriculum
software applications including learning management systems, and
education financial and human resources. Prior to entering the
Private Sector Mr. Chatham spent over 15 years in the Public
Sector as a college administrator, having served as a Director
of Admissions, Registrar, Director of Financial Aid, Director of
Grants and Alumni Affairs. His Public Sector experience focused
on transitioning to technology solutions for business process
reengineering and constituent service improvements.
